Have you installed the plugins prior to running the tests? Or otherwise 
ensured that Qt finds the position plugins.

Most of the tests are generic and don't depend on any particular positioning 
service.

Which plugins are available in the plugins/position directory? There is a test 
plugin that provides fake position data which is used by the tests.
