[Development] CI broken again?

Usually CI error log will also show the latest changes that were
staged when the failure took place. Have any of those changesets
touched areas related to the tests case failure?

Also, as Shawn mentioned, I have experienced a failure once with time
sensitive test. Could be worth retrying a couple of times.
