[Development] New Qt5.3 Beta snapshots available

[Roland Winklmeier]

Apparently QtDBus binaries are missing in the OSX package. According to my
understanding and QTBUG-6429, this was enabled for OSX. It would be
important for me to have it in 5.3. Can someone please have a look? Maybe
the DBus headers are not found during configure.
