[Development] Gerrit Upgrade, code review request

Hi,

For upcoming Gerrit (Code Review) upgrade all the changes are pushed for review:

We'd like to call everybody to participate for reviewing. So, if interested, you are very welcome to share your personal bit. Especially if you have some knowledge of Gerrit at source code level. Not mandatory though.

And to see/try all the changes in action, everything is deployed to https://dev-codereview.qt-project.org for testing. Please, give it some test ride and get back to me in case of problems or any questions. Even if not interested to review the changes, we hope people to play with this.
