[Development] unable to clone the qt/qtbase repository

Hi,

I'm getting the following error:

sh-3.2$ git clone https://rahmanih@codereview.qt-project.org/qt/qtbase
Cloning into 'qtbase'...

any idea?

PS:  I can't clone over ssh because I'm working behind a proxy.
