[Development] Nominating Venugopal Shivashankar and Nico Vertriest as approvers

I'd like to nominate Venugopal Shivashankar and Nico Vertriest as approvers in
the Qt Project. They are both documentation engineers and integral part of
the of Qt documentation team.

Both Venu and Nico have been working on Qt for a long time (pre-Qt 5.0)
already, contributing numerous improvements to Qt documentation. Many people
rely on them for documentation and language reviews, and having them as
approvers would speed up documentation work and ease the review-burden on
other team members.
