Hi,

Trying to build 4.8.7 on Linux using the debian packaging glue for 4.8.6 I'm running into a failure configuring postgresql:

PostgreSQL disabled.
PostgreSQL support cannot be enabled due to functionality tests!
Turn on verbose messaging (-v) to ./configure to see the final report.
If you believe this message is in error you may use the continue
switch (-continue) to ./configure to continue.

The culprit is probably the failure to find filterIncludePath and filterLibraryPath . Where are those supposed to be found?
