[Development] buildsystem now needs to keep behaviour compatibility

They must be kept working for qtscript and qtwebkit. They don't need to keep 
binary compatibility.

qtquick1 is marked as "will not work anymore". So qtquick1 is moving from 
Deprecated to Removed+StopUsingItNow.
