Hmm, interesting, I wasn't aware of that location. However, I don't think those flags are right, hasn't OpenGL switched to be Dynamic instead of Desktop, for instance?
Having looked around further, I'm liking the look of this:

When reproducing a build, I always start with the flags in this repository:
