This is off-topic but no, you don’t. Please, stop propagating this.

This is a common mistake introduced mostly during the typewriter era and perpetuated by the (obvious, in my opinion) inadequacy of the AZERTY keyboard layout and input methods for writing French. The Académie française is unambiguously clear about accents on capital letters as are all serious French typography guides.
