[Development] Qtbase 5.5 branch is blocked

well, the expectation is that Somebody (TM) will fix it, so it will
magically work again at some point. which is kind of true.

anyway, i locked down qtbase/5.5 to save resources. bump me (or fregl)
when we can expect qtbase integrations to work again.
