[Development] libqsqlodbc.dylib has jumped the shark?

Hi,

just installed Qt 5.4 on OSX (with the online installer) noticed that 
libqsqlodbc.dylib isn't included in the plugins/sqldrivers folder 
anymore (it was there in 5.2 and 5.3).

If this removal is by purpose, for example to fix QTBUG-37835, then I 
can fully understand the decision; using ODBC on OSX is painful at best. 
But I couldn't see any mention of libqsqlodbc.dylibs' demise in 5.4's 
release notes?
