[Development] Android Serial Port USB device

Hi all,

Yes, thanks to Mike! He started it implementation, but does not complete 
it. ;)

For example, some people (e.g. on our russians forums)  ask me about 
"non-rooted" Android support. In this case I always forward/point these 
people to Mike's patches (to looks and to try those patches). But this 
people faced with many errors in this implementation where it does not 
worked on their side, and then refuses from the serial ports in favor to 
WiFi/Bluetooth sockets. So, need to complete and to test this 
implementation.

I would be glad if someone could continue and complete it. But I am not 
able to do it himself since I am not an expert in Android. Thus this 
task still is "in air".
