This is a bit more complex with RHEL because there are many "RHEL 6"s. RHEL 
6.5 and newer ship with 1.0.1e [1], so they are already covered. The older 
OpenSSL 1.0.0 was present in 6.0 to 6.4. The "Extended User Support" for 
6.4 ended a week ago [2], so if I understand their support policies 
correctly, any supported RHEL6 is today on a new enough OpenSSL.
