[Development] QTime microsecond support

I agree, QTimeSpan has a different meaning than what I'm looking for. I
just need timestamps, particular points in time, that provide more than
millisecond resolution.
And thus begins the never-ending debate on what to name something. This is
always the hardest part of writing code for me...
