looks like 5.6 is built in debian/experimental on armel (v4t/v5)
build log:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=qtbase-opensource-src&arch=armel&ver=5.6.0%2Bdfsg-2&stamp=1458264198
Toolchain package versions: binutils_2.26-6 dpkg-dev_1.18.4
g++-5_5.3.1-11 gcc-5_5.3.1-11 libc6-dev_2.22-3 libstdc++-5-dev_5.3.1-11
libstdc++6_5.3.1-11 linux-libc-dev_4.4.4-2
The current patch series is in debian is:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-kde/qt/qtbase.git/tree/debian/patches?h=experimental
and mostly look like backports to me or otherwise irrelevant to this
The configure line is a bit .. convoluted .. but can be somehow seen here:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-kde/qt/qtbase.git/tree/debian/rules?h=experimental
Doesn't look like it has anything special.
