The removal should not reduce test coverage under any case. Why don't we simply setup a new system that is MSVC2015 with the above features? You have to replace the MSVC 2012 test platform with a new compiler but the same config features anyway, no?

Or are you saying that the failure is MSVC 2012 specific...
