[Development] qtcreator 4rc crash while creating any c++ new file on windows7

I had building lastest git pull from github repo qtcreator master
branch today and suffering from crash using msvc2015 update2 32bit
build on windows 7 while creating new any c++ file in wizard dialog. I
had included debug build stack trace picture describing the problem.
1. first create or open c++ project file.
2. create any new c++ file using Ctrl+n wizard dialog
3. fill any c++ class name in next wizard towards exiting project,
click next and bump the crash happen.
