[Development] qtwebkit

Hi Konstantin,

precompiled binaries for VS2015 and Qt 5.8 would be perfect! That would
save me a lot of time. Compiling qtwebkit failed, I haven't had the time to
dig into it yet. I'll try your binaries instead.
