[Development] [Releasing] brown paper bag issue in Qt 5.6.1 packages

Hi,

I do not know why 5.6.1 has been deleted, but it is of course a mistake. However, we need to make sure no-one accidentally takes it, so maybe moving to archive is good approach?

Let's fix that next week the latest. Today is a national holiday in Finland, so we'll need to survive through the weekend.
