[Development] RHEL 7.2 added to Coin

Could we disable RHEL 7.2? at least for QtScript. There is a failure in qt5.git dev integration. It is the only blocker for it now.

... and temporarily reverted again, not sure what is wrong with the VM, but it
didn't start reliably. I'll try re-enabling this in a bit...
