By creating a bug report and providing all information needed :) 

That is we need to know

- which Visual Studio version you have installed

- whether the relevant registry paths listed above are right for you

If you want to dig into this yourself, the code is in 

  qtwebengine/src/3rdparty/chromium/tools/gyp/pylib/gyp/MSVSVersion.py
