[Development] Is DirectFB dead?

FWIW, the maintainer pushed a more recent tree at https://github.com/deniskropp/DirectFB
and even accepted one pull request, but this one also doesn’t have all of the 1.7 branch as it
was and hasn’t move since October 2015.

I had to use https://github.com/lancebaiyouview/DirectFB which at least got that branch up to
the 1.7.7 tag.
