[Development] CI problems being solved

Hi all!

The CI is suffering from technical problems in the world of virtualization. I'm working on it and hopefully will get it back online within the hour if all goes well. I really can't say what the state of the server is before I can get the server back online. If it's a matter of restarting stuff then, then all should come back within an hour.
