It's desireable to do that transition (remove Q_PRIVATE_SLOT) but it's not 
always easy.

See I87e17314d8b24ae983b1fffd1453881278670a83 when I push it later today to 
get rid of the last Q_PRIVATE_SLOT in QtDBus.
