This is a proposal. In order to keep the work the same, I decided to drop one 
MSVC 32-bit to make room for MinGW 64-bit. To answer Konstantin: I thought it 
was more likely people were still using 32-bit when they hadn't yet upgraded 
their compilers. This is an unproven guess.
