[Development] qtbase 5.8.0 -O3 flag causes an internal compiler error on Ubuntu 16.04

Since it's an LTS distro, won't they update the compiler every now and then?

Please note that the -O3 has been there since Qt 5.3. It's the code that 
changed and caused the ICE.
