[Development] Maintainers, your actions needed: Change files for Qt 5.6.3

Hi all,

Still quite many Qt 5.6.3 change files still without any action or missing '+2'... (see https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/message:%22Add+change+file+for%22,n,z )

Maintainers, please finalize these during today; we need to get these in to be able to proceed with Qt 5.6.3 release

True, let's be more exact at next time

There were also opposite comments earlier about this ;) But both is OK for us; I don't see that big difference there...

Yes, this is a mistake. We try to do one for all but qtserialbus was ignored because of some reason. It is now done.

True, and I think we need to improve this somehow in the future. I think we should discuss this in contributor summit
