I don't think that's true. 
I even think it's the opposite.
Users of 5.6.2 or 5.7.1, that did not upgrade to 5.8.0 because it is a .0 
release will also have to wait 5.9.1, so it will even take more time with 
users on a older version. Which is the opposite of what we want.
