[Development] Qt 5.9 alpha & mapbox-gl-native on windows ?

Hi Alexander,

we are trying, but we are unsure if we'll be able to ship the mapboxgl plugin for windows with 5.9.
In any case, i believe that, if not, mapbox might make it available outside the qt sdk as an additional plugin.
