[Development] QTWebEngine Compilation failure

Hi,

I am not able to compile QtWebEngine.
Upon compilation of entite source I notice the QtWebEngine has not been builit.

If I try to compile it separately, I get following error.

C:\Qt\Qt5\5.9.1\Src\qtwebengine>qmake
Running configure tests
Checking for alsa... no
Checking for khr... no
Checking for libvpx... no
Checking for snappy... no
Checking for srtp... no
Checking for winversion... no
Configurable features:
  Proprietary codecs (H264, MP3) ..... Not enabled         (Default, enable with -proprietary-codecs)
  Geolocation ........................ Enabled

Needs VS 2015 Update 3 with Cumulative Servicing Release or higher
QtWebEngine will not be built.

Looking at bugreports.qt, it appears to have been resolved. But no idea about the solution.

My Environment Details:

Qt 5.9.1
Platform: windows 2012 server
Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2015
Version 14.0.25431.01 Update 3
