[Development] Fwd: Releasing QVideoFrame inside QDeclarativeVideoRendererBackend

Hello,

Few weeks ago I submitted a patch[1]. I hope the commit description is
verbose enough. Without this patch custom video devices (e.g. based on
v4l2) are unstable (assuming that they are stopped and started again and
again).

Who should I add as reviewer to get some feedback? Seems like some kind of
edge case, but I would expect the video buffer to be released when
QAbstractVideoSurface is stopped.
