[Development] What changed in the RHEL 6.6 machines that cause tst_QUdpSocket::linkLocalIPv6 to fail?

I've checked that all iptables for IPv4 and IPv6 are empty.

I note that this line ends in a comment:
        QTRY_VERIFY(neutralReadSpy.count() > 0); //note may need to accept a firewall prompt

COIN folks: please check RHEL 6.6 hasn't auto-enabled some firewall !
ISTR that I've hit Red Hat on-by-default fire-walls that I had to turn
off when testing CFEngine in my last job ...
