[Development] [Announce] Qt 5.9 beta4 available

Hi all,

Qt 5.9 beta4 is available. As earlier you can update it at the top of your Qt 5.9 beta(3) online installation or do clean installation by using qt online installer. Detailed instructions here: https://wiki.qt.io/How_to_get_snapshot_via_online_installer

Beta4 should be last beta release & rc should be out quite soon. Original target was 17th May but currently we are targeting to get Qt 5.9.0 rc out at the beginning of next week.
