[Development] Nominating Christoph Schleifenbaum for Approver

Hi,


I'd like to nominate Christoph Schleifenbaum for Approver.

He's been with KDAB for 12 years and has done dozens of fixes for cocoa, 
widgets and item views.

He' also one of the developers who worked on the Qt3DStudio port to Qt 
very recently.
