Strictly speaking, it would be no worse. In the worst case scenario (single 
architecture), it would occupy exactly as much space as it does now.

The question is whether it's worth to implement it. QML plugins usually aren't 
big. I expect the savings to be minimal. So we should implement this only if 
it isn't too difficult to do so.
