Just an update on the CoC review: we've now reached the point where five
of us are happy to give it a +1.  This would be a good time to review it
if you'd like to see what we've ended up with or have things to say
about the general principle of even having a CoC at all.  Absent
dissenting voices, it's looking a lot like we have consensus ...
