* https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-72296 Windows: Focus-related tests fail in tst_QWindow
Looks like it's related with provisioning images in COIN, it blocks qtbase 5.9/5.11/5.12 branches, see https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/q/project:qt/qtbase+status:merged,n,z . 
>From Dec. 4, there is no successful integrations in qtbase other than dev branch.

Merges

* qtbase 5.11.3->5.11, 5.12.0->5.12 are blocked by above issue

Integrations

* qt5 dev, finally we got https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/160726/ integrated, it brings latest qtbase dev in qt5 after one month
* qt5 5.12, https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-72268 , android build failed on windows, the fix is blocked by the top issue
* qt5 dev, QTBUG-72268 landed in qtbase dev, and also https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-72294 qv4functiontable_win64.cpp doesn't build on WinRT, a fix is there, not approved yet

Provisionings

* qt5 5.12->dev merge and some other work for docker network test server on mac are blocked by https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTQAINFRA-2422 , Failed to provision template 'qtci-linux-RHEL-7.4-x86_64-639c9a'
