[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '5.9' to '5.9.5' started

Hi!

We have soft branched '5.9.5' from '5.9'. Final downmerge from '5.9' to '5.9.5' will happen at the beginning of week 11 (most probably Monday 12.3.2018).

Please start using '5.9.5' for new changes (cherry-picks from 5.11) targeted to Qt 5.9.5 release. And once again: No any 'nice to haves' in '5.9.5' anymore!

We are targeting to release Qt 5.9.5 during March.
