[Development] Coin maintenance notification

The coin service is now listening to changes from Gerrit. We removed large amounts of old binaries and some modules might require to be rebuilt for that reason.

We are still busy with rebuilding cache binaries for the main branches of qt5/pyside/qtwebkit/qt3dstudio. The service should be back in operation within the next 1-2 hours.

Coin will be down between 10-14 (EEST) on the coming Friday 11 May 2018 due to production update.

The production update will clean old cached artifacts which will cause rebuilding of new builds.
