I'd like to nominate Mårten Nordheim for Approver.

We've had him here at TQtC, in the Core & Network team, for a bit over a
year; he's been reviewing steadily and finding mistakes I miss.  As well
as diverse work in qtbase, he's also dabbled in the qtnetworkauth and
