[Development] Cleaning old development releases from download.qt.io

Hi!

Disk usage in download.qt.io is quite huge (~1.5 TB) at the moment and it is causing problems for mirrors and mirroring. We are cleaning up unnecessary stuff from there and one thing to remove is old qt pre-releases (snapshots, alpha, beta and rc releases)  from http://download.qt.io/development_releases/qt/ . I have already hide those old ones but before deleting those permanently I want to get confirmation if that is really OK; those pre-releases aren't available in http://download.qt.io/archive/qt. But official releases are there of course and that's why I think it should be OK to remove those pre-releases.
