[Development] QUIP-13 for Qt Examples and Demos

Hi,

I'd like to propose writing  QUIP for requirements for our examples and demos. There's a lot of 'common knowledge' floating around, and some wiki pages:

But I'd actually like to propose some additional requirements for the demos we re-introduced for Qt 5.12, and I'm missing a good place to discuss / decide upon this 😊 So I tried to create a QUIP-13 :

Note that so far I didn't really come around to describe the documentation side (how the documentation of an example or demo should be set up etc). Patches are welcome 😊
