[Development] Stepping down as the Qt Quick Controls 2 maintainer

Hello J-P,

Thank you very much for all the great work you did on Controls 2! And thank 
you for passing on the maintainership in an orderly fashion :)

PS: This makes me wonder if we also should do a round of maintainer updates in 
other areas, since it seems like some people have been missing from the 
project for a while.
