Okay, I have no reason to doubt it. I only meant I have no personal
experience to base my conviction on, unlike you.

Probably not. Granted I'm arrogant enough to send a hot mail to some person
at the company, but I would hardly expect a response out of such a thing.

I grant you that one. I still believe the enforcement and internal details
should be separate from the main text, but that's a minor detail at this
point.
Note: I continue to think that KDE's CoC's text is written better and more
clearly.
