[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '5.12' to '5.12.5' complete

Hi!

Final branching from '5.12' to '5.12.5' in now done and all changes targeted to Qt 5.12.5 release needs to be done in '5.12.5'. And from now on '5.12' is for Qt 5.12.6

Creating changes files is ongoing, please make sure those are finalized and approved now (https://codereview.qt-project.org/q/message:%2522Add+changes+file+for+Qt+5.12.5%2522+status:open)

Target is to get the release out as soon as possible. Let's see if we can get it out already during next week. First binary snapshot will be published at the beginning of next week

Hi,

We have soft branched '5.12.5' from '5.12' today. All new changes targeted to Qt 5.12.5 release should be done in '5.12.5'. Final downmerge from '5.12' to '5.12.5' will happen this Friday (23th August) so there should be enough time to finalize ongoing changes in '5.12'
