[Development] Qt 5.13 feature freeze is getting closer

Hi,

The API is relatively simple, so reviewing and fixing the findings should not be a problem. As this is a new module, would definitely be good to do an initial API review now / before alpha. We probably anyway want to include it first as a TP, so its API is not yet fixed/final even with Qt 5.13.0.

Yours,

Tuukka

The inline comments might have been fixed, but there was quite some
disagreement about the patch's status after it was merged. That's
reflected by the comments that were added to the initial patch set after
the merge, so I think there is still more work to be done.

API reviews are an essential aspect for new Qt modules and they can take
quite some time until they are done and agreed upon.

I just wanted to let you know, that getting Qt Telemetry (or whatever it
will be called) will still be a lot of work and it's much more than just
including the current "module" into qt5.git.

At this point we should already know if there will be some new submodules in Qt 5.13 so please get possible new submodule in qt5 as soon as possible; those really needs to be in before we start soft branching (25.1.2019)! And of course inform us about those new submodules; we need to create packaging configurations for
