I think you have a typo there ( 17 weeks before 26.11.2019 would be 30.07.2019.

Only a consistency glitch: that puts FF 13 weeks before final release;
but [0] says we allow 17 weeks. We should either update [0] or do what
it says ! For reference, 17 weeks before 2019-11-26 is 2019-08-30.
