The maintainers one [1] is very outdated, many people in [2] are 
missing.

 From KDAB remove:
- Björn Breitmeyer , he's not maintaining WinCE anymore


and add: milian.wolff at kdab.com, giulio.camuffo at kdab.com, 
bogdan at kdab.com, mike.krus at kdab.com, sean.harmer at kdab.com
