[Development] HEADS-UP: Branching from '5.13' to '5.13.2' started

Even more, feel free to move changes, everything aiming for 5.13.2 should now 
actually target it.
We'll do the final merge on Thursday or latest Friday.
The great thing is that you don't have to rely on that but can rather target 
the right branch from this second on :-)
